Stacy Marie Headley, born to Ronald and Ruby Ann Headley on August 15, 1970, ended her earthly journey October 17, 2025. Her life ended like it began, with a fighting spirit and on her terms. She believed that while her journey on this earth was finished her real adventure was just beginning.

She grew up exploring the hills and mountains of Kenilworth, she had a great love for being outside discovering. She graduated from Carbon High School in 1988, and attended trade school in Salt Lake. Her children brought her great joy, she was so proud of the mother her daughter, McKayla had become and never tired of recounting Jackson’s many achievements, and Tay’Lynn, her little princess was the light of her life. Playing pool was a passion she enjoyed, made only sweeter by the comradery of her many friends.

Stacy was employed in many fields over the years; construction, auto repair, banking, title services, and payroll for the mining industry just to name a few. No matter the job, she was a dedicated employee, if she committed to a job, she gave it 110% and her employer could always count on her going above and beyond to get the job done. Stacy was good at most things she attempted, from mechanics to carpentry to gardening, she would say she was “a jack of all trades and a master of none.” The home that she built was a source of great pride and having built it with her own two hands was a testament to her resourcefulness, determination, and skill.

Stacy is survived by her daughter, McKayla Headley (Isaac Allred); granddaughter, Tay’Lynn Allred; grandson, Dayton Allred; grandson, Ryler Allred; son, Jackson Shiew; Jackson’s father, Gerald Shiew; her father, Ronald Headley; brother, Rodney Norman; brother, Travis Price; sister/cousin, Sharon Miller; nephew, Panther Prettyman; niece, Amanda Moynier; and many friends that were like family. We will all miss her quick wit and contagious smile.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Ann Bryner; aunt, Joyce Johnson; uncle, Leonard Powell, Jr.; grandfather, Leonard Powell, Sr.; grandmother, Clema Coleman; and great-grandparents, Ruby and Grant Powell.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, with a special thank-you to nurse, Angela August who’s presence was a God send, our family appreciated everything you did for her in her final days.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Tipsy Tavern in Price.
