Judith May Rowan Christman, age 86, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026 at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehab in Price.
She was born July 19, 1939 in Las Vegas, Nevada to James and Venice Neilsen Rowan. She married Gary Christman on May 30, 1975, in Springville, Utah.
A longtime resident of Wellington, Judy graduated from Springville High School and later attended beauty school in Provo. She was well known by many as one of the sweet lunch ladies at Carbon High School, a title she held for many years. Judy also worked at the local Subway in Price, where her radiant smile would brighten the day of everyone who walked through the door.
At the age of 17, Judy discovered her love for bowling and was an avid bowler throughout most of her life. Her true love; however, was her family. Judy was never too far from her loved ones and spent many evenings with her family at the local stockcar races. She also never missed any opportunity to watch or cheer on her grandchildren at their many sporting events or dance recitals.
Judy is survived by her son, Rudy (Bobbie) Brailsford, Springville; daughters, Tiffany Fisher, Wellington, and Teri Rutherford, Price; siblings, David (Connie) Rowan, Springville, Donna (Alan) Ellis, Mapleton, and Hugh Westman of California and her beloved grandchildren, Nikki (Lino) Fuentes, Brett Brailsford, Ashley Fisher (Donovan), Grey Brailsford (Luna), Jace Rutherford, Abby Rutherford (Derick); and great-grandchildren, Aiden, Jericho, and Delilah.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gary Christman; brother, Jerry Westman; and son-in-law, Mark Rutherford.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Symbii Home Health and Hospice, especially Kara Heath, for the love and exceptional care provided.
