Robert Val Derbidge, age 64, passed away March 7, 2026, at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, he will be missed by many, until we meet again.

He was born October 28, 1961, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Val and Dorlene Mildred Butterfield Derbidge.

Married Aileen Bombaliar on September 12, 1997, in Moab, Utah, they spent 30 years together and had a daughter Stormy Lynn Derbidge.

Robert is survived by his wife, Aileen; daughter, Stormy; sisters, Joyce (Danny) DeLao, Vickie Egbert, Debra Runion, Janet Derbidge (Kevin Warr); nephews, Jeremy, Thomas Cody, Steven Jr. Dyches; nieces, Melissa Derbidge, Danette DeLao, Tabitha, Latasha and Misti Western.

Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorlene Derbidge Gabbitas; nephews, Joseph Gallegos and Jesse Egbert; two nieces, Kelly Springfield DeLao and Danielle DeLao.

Funeral service, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 12:00 noon, Fox Pointe Ward Chapel, 1465 West Bristol Ridge Rd. West Jordan, UT where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Interment, Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, UT.
