*Huntington Game Farm Pond*: The pond was stocked in late March, and fishing has
been good for trout and bluegill. Try using PowerBait for trout. Small worms and
flies have worked well for bluegill. (05-09-17)

*Huntington North Reservoir*: The reservoir was stocked on March 28 with about 2,000
rainbow trout. To catch the rainbows, try using night crawlers. For larger trout and
wipers, spoons or spinner lures may work well. Fishing with flies has been slow.

*Joes Valley Reservoir*: Try using 1/4-ounce jig heads, with white plastic tubes or
chub meat, to catch cutthroat trout, tiger trout and splake. As chubs move into the
shallows to spawn this month, chub meat will become an especially effective bait for

*Knight-Ideal Community Fishing Pond*: Worms or PowerBait are the best baits to use

that were recently stocked as well as larger cutthroats in the reservoir. To catch
