Wednesday, May 24^th there will be an Open House at the Carbon County Event Center from 4-7pm for the Kenilworth 3 Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project. The Utah Abandoned Mine Reclamation Program is planning maintenance on the Kenliworth Mine Site. The purpose of this open house is to respond to comments received last August and to present designs for channel repair, highwall hazard reduction, site drainage improvements, and disposal of coal waste.
