The 11th Annual Trails End Realty Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 19th at 10:00 am at the Price City Pioneer Park. Sections of the park will be divided by age; under 3 years old will be in the center of the park, ages 4 to 7 years old with be on the north side of the park and ages 8 and up will be on the south end of park in the trees.
Janet Roberts, Real Estate Broker explained how the event was created, “Well we started back in, well 11 years ago and we were celebrating our 10 anniversary and it was suppose to be a onetime thing. I had no idea it would go to the next year and the next and here we are 11 years later and we’ve done over 10,000 Easter eggs every year, so for 11 years.” Employees of Trails End and their families begin preparing for the event as early as 7:30 am by putting eggs out and roping off the course for the event.
Merchants from around the community have been great to donate to the event each year. “The eggs are filled with candy, small prizes in the eggs that the kids can keep, or tickets for larger prizes, and we got everything from little tiny bunny rabbits to the extra big bunny rabbits and bikes with helmets, we’ve got so much it’s awesome,” said Roberts.

A special guest will be there to visit with the children during the event. “Bring your cameras, I have the Easter Bunny. He is going to be there, he’s going to be posing for pictures, there’s no charge and there’s no charge for the event either, so defiantly come on out you will see him running around for sure,” said Roberts.
The event is supporting Spencer’s Wishes and cash donations will be accepted and appreciated. Opportunity drawings will be available for $1.00 or $5.00 for 6 opportunities to win either a bike with a helmet, Salt City Bee’s tickets or other assorted Easter Baskets made by the realtors. Tickets may be purchased at Trails End Realty located at 57 North Carbon Avenue or on the day of the event.
