Our loving mother, grandmother and sister, Beverly V. Marshall Curtis Fercik, 85, passed away September 6, 2017 at Pinnacle Care & Rehabilitation in Price.

She was born August 5, 1932 in Hiawatha, Utah to Thill and Stella Jensen Marshall.

Beverly was a life-long resident of Spring Glen, Utah. She married the first love of her life, Francis L. Curtis in 1949 and had three children. After losing Francis in a coal mine accident, she married the second love of her life, John Fercik, in 1953. Bev and John raised all five of their children together. Beverly was a graduate of CEU’s Cosmetology School and owned her own
beauty salon for many years. She was active in the lives of her children and community, serving in the Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, PTA, Moose and Elks lodges.

Bev’s family was very important to her. Throughout her life she loved camping, hunting, and fishing with family. She was an amazing grandmother who gradually relaxed her rules as the number of her grandchildren increased.

After 61 years of marriage to John, she passed away on what would have been the day of their 64th anniversary.

Beverly was blessed with her children, Randy (Debbie) Curtis, Wellington, Richard (Becky) Curtis, Helper, Frances (Archie) Anderson, Spring Glen, Susan Fercik (deceased), Mike (Deb) Fercik, Farmington, NM, Jane (Ron) Randquist, Spanish Fork; 14 grandchildren, 24 1/2 great-grandchildren, two sisters and one brother, Audrey (Dale) Leeper, Phoenix, AZ, Billie (LaMar) Graves, Layton, Michael (Sandi) Marshall, Morristown, AZ.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the compassionate care that she received at Pinnace Care and Rehabilitation.
