The USU-Eastern GEAR UP program, which stands for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs is accepting applications from high school juniors and seniors for the 2017-2018 school year. Currently the program is serving 209 junior and seniors in both Carbon and Emery counties.
