The Desert Wave Pool would like to invite the public to come on down for a thrilling, spooky time at the annual Spook Alley beginning on Friday, October 27 through Tuesday, October 31.

“This year we are actually extending it because it is one of our larger events. October 27th and 28th, we will have swimming from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, so we’ ll also be staying open a little bit later,” said Aquatics Supervisor, Tamara Klarich. “Also, we will be doing it on Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st, as well. We will be open all day on the 30th because there is no school.”

The schedule for the Spook and Swim is as follows:

October 27             Swimming 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

October 28             Swimming 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Both days               Spook Alley and Spooky Boat Ride 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Movie on the bubble 8:00 am

October 30             Swimming 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

October 31             Swimming 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Spook Alley and Spooky Boat Ride 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Regular admission prices apply for the Spook and Swim event. “For ages 4 to 11 it is $3.00 and 12 and over is $4.00 and that covers you all day. So, like I said, on the days we are open all day, you can come early, swim for a while, if you want to take a break and come back or if you just want to stay there it covers you for the full day,” stated Klarich. Guests can enjoy either the wave pool or the indoor pool and the Wibit inflatable water park.

Items at the Desert Oasis Food Court will be available to purchase. “Our concession stand will be open will be open the whole time. So, we got popular pizzas, churros are one of our popular. We also have dinner items, we have our chicken zoo bites, we have pretzels, we have corn dogs,” said Klarich. Other popular items include the friend green beans and pickles, along with a variety of beverages are also available.
