The Mercy Award is the highest honor a LifePoint Health (Castleview Hospital’s parent company) employee can receive. It’s named in memory of Scott Mercy who was LifePoint’s founding Chairman and CEO and recognizes extraordinary employees who best embrace the humanitarian spirit on which LifePoint Health was founded.

On Wednesday, April 11th, Castleview Hospital nominated Charlotte Olsen, RN as our local Mercy Award winner. “We work alongside extraordinary people every day and Charlotte is definitely one of those people” said Mark Holyoak, CEO.
