Astral Projection is a term used in esotericism to describe a willful out-of-body experience (OBE), a supposed form of telepathy, that assumes the existence of a soul or consciousness called an "astral body" that is separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside of it

Finley has been having intentional out of body experiences and practicing astral projection since 2013. “Ever since I had my first experience by accident, I had become obsessed with trying to recreate the experience learn all about it.”

Todd is joined on the show by a group of elementary students, who share their vision on what it is like for bigfoot, ghosts, and other creatures during the holiday season.
