The Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission will host a Public Forum on Tuesday, August 7 at 7:00 pm at the Helper Civic Auditorium at 19 South Main Street.

“The Planning and Zoning Commission is in the process of reworking our General Plan and rewriting our motto and vision statement for the city,” stated Malarie Matsuda, Helper City Council Member. “So currently our motto is The Gateway to Castle Country, we are going to be changing that up and we want the community’s input, people who live in Helper, people who care about Helper and the vision and direction we are going in.” Submissions for motto statement must be ten words or less, the vision statement must be 50 words or less.

Citizens unable to attend the meeting may submit their written ideas to the Helper City Office at 55 South Main Street or contact any member of the City Council.
