Competing for the second time this week, the Carbon Dinos suffered a 54-27 loss to the Union Cougars Thursday night in a dual meet in Roosevelt.
Looking to respond following a tough outing Tuesday against North Sevier, the Dinos recorded wins in five weight classes. Senior Jacob Barlow logged a varsity win in one of the night’s most competitive battles, defeating his opponent on points 16-10.
With two dual meets now complete this week, the Dinos will travel to Manti for a weekend competition at a two-day tournament against a field of competition. The next home meet will take place on Thursday, Dec. 20 against American Leadership Academy.
