Helper’s First Friday event has set the theme for March and it’s a Mardi Gras party on Helper’s Historic Main Street. The entire community is invited to attend this family-friendly event taking place on March 1 at 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be delicious food, fun activities and music.

Stop by Hand Candy Tattoo and Piercing at 70 South Main Street for a taste of Laulu’s famous teriyaki chicken bowls.

There will be a Murder Mystery Dinner hosted by Marsha’s Sammich Shop-N-Bakery for guests over the age of 21. Seating is limited and dinner tickets may be purchased for $40.00 per couple or $25.00 single at Marsha’s Sammich Shop-N-Bakery at 80 South Main Street.

Three Little Llamas Toys & Gifts is gearing up to entertain the youngest party goers with a paper plate Mardi Gras masks activity.  The children will be able to enjoy King Cake and Mari Gras punch as they design and make their mask.

Art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to stroll the art galleries along main street to discover the many talented artists in our area.
