Get ready for Spring by learning how to care for your trees as Utah State University Extension is hosting a seminar entitled Principles of Pruning. This event will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Carbon County Fairgrounds Event Center on 450 South Fairgrounds Road.

This free event will teach attendees the fundamentals of pruning both shade and fruit trees. The workshop will include both classroom discussion as well as an outdoor demonstration. Pruning equipment is not required, but guests can bring their own if they wish and work gloves are recommended.
