Our loving mother, grandmother, and friend, Rita Anna Almers Kell Hutchinson, age 95, passed away April 28, 2019 in Denver, Colorado.

She was born March 1, 1924 in Bremen, Germany to Heinrich and Adelheide Voss Almers. Married Arthur Clyde Kell in Bremen, Germany; he passed away July 22, 1980. Married Ted Coon in Price, Utah, he later passed away. Married Kenneth Hutchinson in Price, Utah; he passed away March 7, 2011.

Rita was an active member of the United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the German Club where she enjoyed the wonderful relationships that she shared with her lady friends. She was a member of The P.E.O. Sisterhood for over fifty years. Rita had a beautiful singing voice and sang at many weddings and funerals. She worked at Price Trading, Eastern Utah Electric and retired from Walker Bank where she was blessed with many wonderful friends.

Rita is survived by her two daughters, Renate (Gary) Tomsic, Blaine, WA; Linda Kell, Denver, CO; grandchildren, Heidi (Jose) Baez and Jason (Sarah) Tomsic; and three great-grandchildren, Rachel, Adelaide and Roland.

Preceded in death by parents and her husbands.

Funeral service, Saturday, May 4, 2019, 10:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home, 233 East Main Street in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
