Folks in the community are invited to attend another Music, Meals and Mingle on Main on Thursday, September 12 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Price’s Main Street. There will be several food trucks, fun activities for the kids and a BBQ Battle competition.

Interested individuals who wish to sign up for the BBQ Battle can do so very easily. “So, let me give everybody a little bit of information so you know where to go for this, so if you go to Price Main Street BID on Facebook there’s a form there that you can fill out to become a contestant for the BBQ Battle – we have right now about, I have for sure have four people signed up but there’s still plenty of room for battlers,” said Director, Cheryl Thayn. Guests will be given the opportunity to taste test the BBQ items to help determine who will be the crowned King or Queen of The BBQ Battle.

There will also be several food trucks scheduled for the event. “So, we have six food trucks coming, some of the same old ones that we have had the Waffle Love will be there, the Roadside Grill will be there,” said Thayn. There will also be Navajo Tacos, Mexican food, hot dogs, crepes and much more for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

The Music, Meals and Mingle on Main would not be complete without activities for the kids. “We’re also having the kids corner that night, so bring the kiddos down, there’s lots of fun things for them to do, there will be face painting again, we have a lot of other activities for the kids to do. So a fun place, fun night for the family to be,” explained Thayn. All of the businesses on Main Street will be open for adults to do some shopping until 8:00 pm.
