
Tonight the Carbon County Commission will be holding a public hearing on the proposed Municipal Services Fund tax increase. The Public will begin at 6:00 pm after the regularly scheduled Carbon County Commission meeting that starts at 4:30 pm. The proposed tax increase will only be levied on residents and property owners in non incorporated areas of the county and would raise over 2 million dollars in revenue for the county.
Cheryl Lupo, a concerned citizen of the county reached out to Castle Country Radio and KOAL iTV for an interview to discuss her findings while doing research on the proposed 2020 Carbon County budget.
