Our loving father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, cousin, nephew, friend, coal miner, and veteran, Howard Samuel Basso, age 73 passed away at home surrounded by his family.

He was born December 26, 1946 in Price, Utah to Fred and Dovealene Howard Basso.

Howard had a great love for golfing with his buddies and gambling it up in Wendover whenever he got the chance.

Survived by his daughter, Jill (Chris) Korenko; daughter in law, Mandee Truscott Basso; grandchildren, Katie (Riley) Olsen, Derrick (Morgan), Kaden (Cenjia), Steven and Nathan Korenko; great grandchildren; Isabella and Kylan Olsen; sister, Fredi McCeig; brother, Frankie Basso; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Preceded in death by his Son, Christopher Howard Basso and parents Fred and Dovealene Howard Basso.
