Joyce Ann Ranney Slocum Balder, age 75, passed away June 26, 2020 at her home in Price.

She was born April 21, 1945 in Dunkirk, NY to Ralph and Jean Dorman Ranney.

Married Fred D. Slocum in 1963, he passed away February 10, 1991.

Married Dale Balder, Sr. in Jamestown, NY in 1993, he passed away October 26, 2000.

Joyce loved to color, do word puzzles, play bingo, cards and enjoyed traveling.

She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Debbra A. Slocum, Kathy Lou Babwell, Bonnie Sue Kibbler, Pattrica Ann Smith, Gloria Jean Penhollow, Julia Ann Willson, Dale Raymond Balder, Jr.

She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Clarence Ranney.
