Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Ellen Ann Simper Russell, age 75, passed away March 21, 2021.

She was born July 2, 1945 in Salina, Utah to Leland and Alta Mae Bjerregaard Simper.

Married Dennis B. Russell April 30, 1962 in Richfield, Utah.  He died July 19, 2015.

Funeral service, Friday, March 26, 2021, 11:00 a.m., Salina Stake Center where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Interment, Salina Eastside Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
