The Friends Board for the Carbon and Emery Children’s Justice Centers are excited to be hosting this year’s annual Christmas Tree Regalia taking place inside businesses along Main Street. Friends Board Member, Alycia Sandoval took time to speak with Castle Country Radio to discuss all the details.

“Things are just kind of taking off. Things have been so festive. Its so nice seeing all the people downtown, coming into the Christmas Shoppe itself, enjoying some of the activities that we’re having like the Friday Night Strolls, and things like that. So things have been really looking good for Christmas and the CJC Regalia,” stated Sandoval. All the donated Christmas trees are from merchants, individuals, and families who have decorated them to be on display in the business windows throughout Main Steet.

The bidding process is currently taking place and will close on December 3 at 7:00 pm. “So the auction is being handled through what’s called 32auctions.com/cjc2021 If you go into there, you’ll have to create an account, then you can actually view, it will say the CJC Christmas Tree Regalia. You can go into that and you’ll be able to see the Christmas Trees lists, you can see what the most current bid is,” explained Sandoval. Individuals will be able to see all the Christmas trees and learn of their location if they would like to go see the tree in person.

The Christmas Tree Regalia event also hosts a Christmas Holiday Shoppe where you can find lots of décor for the holidays. “So the Holiday Shoppe is located, the address I can’t remember for sure, but it’s the old Tougher Building is where the Holiday Shoppe is. The hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on those three days and it’s open for everyone to come in,” said Sandoval. The address to the Christmas Holiday Shoppe is at 77 East Main Street in Price.

The organizers of the event will host a Santa Parade on Thursday, December 2 at 6:00 pm. “I heard that we have a really special guest, and even that guest has someone coming in with them. So I think that Thursday parade starts at 6:00 pm on Main Street it will run from 300 East to 100 West. I think that if you come down to the parade, you’re going to see some pretty amazing things and once the special guest will be there and I think the kids will rave about that,” stated Sandoval. Everyone is invited to attend the parade and then afterwards they can take a stroll down Main Street to see all the beautiful Christmas Trees.
