Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend left this life on February 20, 2022 in Price, UT at the age of 82.

Lorraine was born on January 11, 1940 to Vivian McKee and William Yates in Hiawatha, UT. She lived there with her parents and older sister Joyce for the first 12 years of her life. She married Jack Jensen in Cleveland, UT on May 9, 1959, which resulted in three wonderful children: Jacki, Tab and Todd. From there she was blessed with six grandkids and 13 great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She was a very proud grandma.

She attended and graduated from North Emery High School in 1958. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and received her endowment on March 10, 2012 at the Manti, UT temple. It was a very special day for her that she shared with her granddaughter.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family. She took great pride in her beautiful yard and enjoyed gardening. Later in her life, she worked at Gordon’s Nursery and Floral. She loved sewing, knitting, crocheting and quilting for others. She enjoyed playing the organ and spending time with her family. She always planned fun Halloween treasure hunts for her grandkids and Christmas parties full of presents and delicious food.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jack, of Cleveland. He made countless trips to Price to sit by her side. She’s also survived by her daughter, Jacki (Tracy) Behling of Ferron; sons, Tab (Liz Harvey) of Cleveland and Todd of Enterprise; sister, Joyce Mathie of West Jordan; grandkids, Hayden (Kelly), Daine (Stephanie), Brooks (Katie), Madison (John), Karson, and Jackson; great-grandchildren, Danzer, Ellys, Kelton, Kaicee, Kodee, Koree, Kaid, Jack, Tag, Rook, Ava, Tess, and Will.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and William; her brothers-in-law, Alex Mathie, Kevin, Alan, Delwin; sister-in-law, Verlynn; and her daughter-in-law, Jamie.

Lorraine and her family would like to thank Parkdale Health and Rehab for caring for her in her final years. Thanks to all those who visited her and brightened her days there.
