The PRMG Driggs Mortgage Team is excited to be hosting their Grand Opening on March 5 at 2:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Owner/Operator Gregg Driggs stopped by Castle Country Radio to discuss all the details.
“We’re a full-service mortgage lender which is something that is very unique to this area. We’re able to do all types of financing. We can do FHA, VA, conventional, USDA, no money down loans, everything is available and PRMG is a lender, so we’re not a broker which means that we do everything in-house. We underwrite the loans in-house, we do our own documents, we close and fund and all the fun things that go on with buying a home,” said Driggs. What sets PRMG apart from other lenders is that they are a full-service lender with several types of loans that they can offer a buyer.
The PRMG is located at 132 South Main Street in Helper in the old bank building. There has been lots of work going on to restore the building where the PRMG office is now located. “We started the restoration of the Helper State Bank building and it’s not a remodel so it takes a lot longer because we’re trying to make it look like it did in 1914 when it was built and so it’s just about done. So we’re going to do an Open House on Saturday, March 5 where we’re going to let people come peek inside and see what been going on for the last year and a half,” explained Driggs. Guests will be able to see the beautiful chandelier and marble that make the building stand out. They will even have an opportunity to win some great prizes from the opportunity drawing they will be hosting during the event.
In conjunction with the PRMG Open House they are giving back to community by hosting a free concert from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Rio Theatre located at 210 South Main Street in Helper. “It’s the Crescent Super Band which is, we talked about this a little bit, they say they’re the number one jazz band in the nation. Now it’s a professional high school all-star jazz band. Kind of why we did this grand opening on March 5 is because that’s when we could get them. They play actually all over the world not just in the United States and so they’re phenomenal and we wanted to bring them to Helper and have a free show for the community it’s going to be tremendous,” stated Driggs.
