
Jonathan Dax Taylor, age 47, passed away suddenly at his home in Wellington, Utah on July 27, 2022.
He was born June 5, 1975 in Vernal, Utah to Ronald Duane and Suzanne Storey Taylor.
Dax grew up in Neola, Duchesne and Green River, Utah. He graduated from Green River High School. He had a talent for technical equipment and was in charge of lighting and sound for many school plays and productions. Dax assisted with the baseball team and loved helping and being a part of the program.
He enjoyed Scouting and earned his Eagle Scout rank and was a member of the Order of the Arrow, the Scouts’ service unit. Dax loved building Legos. He also had to have the newest and best iPhone.
Dax is survived by his parents, Ronald and Suzanne; siblings, Xela Z (Jeff), Plain City, Utah, Sabra (Chris) Denver, CO, Cordell (Cassie), Idaho Falls, ID, Nikel (Kole), Maine.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, James LaDell and Maxine Jensen Taylor, Raymond Edward and Ina Morrow Storey.
Funeral service, Friday, August 5, 2022, 11:00 a.m., Wellington 1st Ward Chapel (47 North 100 East), where the family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service.
