The yearly Youth Protection night for parents will be held on November 14 at the Carbon School District Offices.,

Keynoting this years program is Angela McCourt from the Department of Human Services. She is the Director of the Castle Country Youth Center in Carbon County.

Two 30 minute breakout sessions will take place after the keynote address. Subjects for those two sessions include Substance Abuse, Drug Task Force, Bullying, Internet Safety, Healthy Relationships, Mental Health, District Wellness Policy, and Suicide Awareness.

To begin the evening, at 5:30 p.m., a free spaghetti dinner will be served to all who attend.

Most of the topics presented to attendees will not be appropriate for children under 14, but there is child care available during the program on on-site.
