Carbon High School football coach Phil Howa was a guest Tuesday on KOAL's Drive Time Sports to recap the team's 31-13 victory over Grand on Friday. During his time on the show, Howa talked about the team's performance over the first two games of the season and also previewed Friday's matchup against Ogden. Emery High School girl’s basketball coach Jon Faimalo recaps 2024-25 season

The Emery Lady Spartans again put together a magical run, advancing to the 3A state championship game. Unable to overcome a powerful second-half performance by the Canyon View Falcons, Emery ended as the runner-up for the second consecutive season. Head coach Jon Faimalo joined Drive Time Sports to discuss the championship game and the highly successful 2024-25 campaign.
