Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Flora Juanita Jaramillo Prieto, age 74, passed away November 10, 2016 in Provo, Utah.
She was born July 29, 1942 in Truchas, New Mexico to Moises and Rosinda Leyba Jaramillo.
She was the youngest of 9 children. Flora was a dedicated coal miner and a proud member of the UMWA. Flora enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls, gardening, fishing, spending time with her dog Twinkles and her grandchildren.
Survived by her children, Bernie (Ron) Jones, Helper, Leonard (Sandie) Lobato, Clarksville, TN., Lloyd Lobato, Pleasant View, TN., Monica (Robert) Morrissette, Gallup, New Mexico, Flora Luz Kouris, Price; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister, Thereasa Bazan; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her parents; son Lionel Lobato and sister, Maria Johnson.

Funeral service, Tuesday, November 15, 2016, 10:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) Price. Family will receive friends at Mitchell’s Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to service. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
