Shirley H Jensen, age 91, passed away peacefully December 4, 2016 at Pinnacle Care Center. She was born November 12, 1925 in Helper, Utah to Orson Hyde and Emma E Johnson Hill.  She was an LPN and worked in Salt Lake and Price area.  Shirley is survived by a daughter Toni Cordova of Casper, WY, 4 grandchildren and a brother Jack Hill of Cedar City, UT.  Private services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary
