avalanche
CURRENT CONDITIONS:
Temperatures have cooled off with a minor weather disturbance that moved through Thursday.  This has helped stabilize the snowpack and the avalanche danger is generally LOW.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK:
The avalanche danger will be generally LOW through the weekend.  Natural or Human triggered avalanches are unlikely.
However, the snowpack can become unstable during daytime heating.  If you find yourself in wet, unconsolidated snow where you are sinking deep into the snowpack, this indicates loose unstable snow. You should then avoid being on or below steep slopes and stay out of steep gullies and ravines.
For the most up to date information, people should consult utahavalanchecenter.org and search for Skyline to get the daily avalanche forecast published by 7am each morning.  This will be the last weekend for the daily avalanche forecasts.
