The Carbon Dinos and Juab Wasps meet at Kearns High School inside Gates Field with a trip to 3A State Championship on the line.
On Wednesday, Jan. 29, Dr. Christy Kane will host a free community event at the Emery High School Auditorium, geared towards Mental Health. All who attend will get a free pass to the Carbon-Emery boy's basketball on Friday, Jan. 31. Canyon View Principal Jenny Gagon brought in multiple guests to talk about the event on KOAL's Drive Time Sports.
The Emery Spartan girls basketball team topped the South Sevier Rams 66-56 Thursday night at the Spartan Center in Castle Dale. Following the win Emery High School senior Alexia Mortensen joined the broadcast booth to talk about the win.
Friday's Drive Time Sports featured segments from throughout the week, including a season wrap up with Emery High School wrestling coach Kirk Christiansen. Other segments include talk on the world of Major League Baseball and the NBA.
