
Our loving wife, mother, grandmother and beloved sister, Peggy Sue Benson Ford, 59, passed away August 10, 2023, while surrounded by family at her home in Price.
She was born in Torrance, California to Roger Lee Benson Sr. and Juanita Yvette Lunceford on May 5, 1964. Peggy met the love of her life, Ben Ford IV in November of 2001 and together they raised her three children, Jon, Chris and Danielle. Ben was a kind, loving and supportive husband, father, grandfather and Papa to their four wonderful grandchildren. On July 4, 2018, Peggy Sue and Ben married in the park in Spring Glen, Utah.
Peggy Sue shared a deep love for Jesus and she faced ever moment of her illness with dignity, grace and trust in her Lord. Her home was welcoming place for all to relax, enjoy and make everlasting friendships. She enjoyed crafting, making jewelry and windchimes, and reading in the comforts of her home. She shared a special love for dolphins, elephants, the desert and going on motorcycle rides. Peggy Sue touched the lives of all and her kind spirit and devotion to her family and friends will be cherished forever.
Peggy Sue is survived by her constant companion, Ben Ford, IV, Price; two sister and one brother, Norma (Gerald) Korinek, Manzanola, CO, Roger (Maleah) Benson, Helper, Ida Montanez, Denver, CO; daughter and two sons, Danielle Lujan, Phoenix, AZ, Jonathan Benson, Las Vegas, NV, Christopher Lujan, Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren, Angelecia Lujan, Aiziak Lujan, King Lujan, Aleia Lujan, all of Phoenix, AZ.
She was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Johanna Hey.
