Lady Spartan soccer is looking for the first win of the season. Through their first three games, Emery has had a tough time getting into the win column. And things didn’t get any easier when Delta came to Castle Dale on Tuesday leaving with a 5-0 win.

Emery started off last season winning their first outing with Beaver but than lost the next six, ending the season 5-13.

The match with Delta had the Rabbits jump out to a 2-0 lead in the first half. The second half was more of the same as Delta split the post three more times in the game to take the 5-0 lead.

Margret Nielson had a “hat-trick’ scoring three in the game for the Rabbits. Brinley Styler and Aubree Finlinson each scored a goal for the Rabbits in the win.

Emery heads back to the pitch on Tuesday when they welcome Manti to Castle Dale.

Game time is set for 4:00.
