Delores Jean Lamph, born March 12, 1952, returned to her heavenly home and loving parents on April 27, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and boundless kindness.

Delores, affectionately known to many as Dee, was a beacon of light in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She wore many hats with grace and joy, a devoted daughter, sister, a cherished aunt, a loyal friend, and a beloved cousin.

One of Delores’s enduring traits was her thoughtfulness. She had a remarkable memory for birthdays and special occasions, never failing to brighten someone’s day with a heartfelt handwritten card or a thoughtful gesture. Her phone calls were not mere exchanges of words but opportunities for genuine connection and shared laughter. Delores had a passion for family history, dedicating countless hours to indexing online records to enrich the lives of others through the discovery of their heritage.

Delores’s compassion extended beyond human relationships to encompass all of God’s creations, especially small animals. She loved her cockatiel birds (Archie and Baily) and her rabbit, Esther. She found joy in caring for them and ensuring their well-being.

Delores found solace and joy in crafting puzzles with her hands. But her creativity wasn’t confined to personal enjoyment; she generously shared her creations with others, often donating them to the local Primary Children’s Hospital to bring cheer to children facing challenging times.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Delores will forever cherish the memory of her infectious laughter, quick wit, and unwaveringly positive spirit. Her laughter was a melody that brought joy to all who heard it, and her zest for life was a constant source of inspiration.

Delores’s roots run deep in pioneer heritage, reflecting her upbringing as a daughter of the Utah Pioneers. Her faith was an integral part of her life, and she served diligently as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arizona.

Delores leaves behind a legacy of love that will endure through the generations. She is survived by her siblings, Robert M Lamph (Leann), Patsy Baggs, Mary Charlene Lamph, and Kyle Lamph (Cindi), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who adored her.

Delores Jean Lamph’s life was a testament to the power of love, laughter, and compassion. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
