
Lillian Louise Duncan, age 81, passed away on May 20, 2024 at home surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born May 17, 1943 in Huntsville, TN to Claude Duncan and Clara Renda Duncan. Lil grew up in Kenilworth, UT with her eight siblings. Shortly after the family moved to Wellington on “Duncan Hill.”
Lil enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune, gambling in Mesquite, and had a passion for taking care of her family. She was a strong and stubborn woman. There wasn’t a fight Lil wouldn’t fight if it meant it was for her family. She liked spoiling her children but even more so her grandchildren. Lil liked to do woodwork and build many things. She was known for her big heart during her final hours, she was able to share the gift of life with others. “We love you grandma, and you’ll be with us forever.
Lil is survived by her siblings George Duncan (Regina Duncan) of Price, David Roscoe Duncan (Bonnie Duncan) of Missouri, Clara Willbanks (Conrad Willbanks) Price, Claude Buddy Duncan JR (Deb Duncan) of Wellington. Children – Pam Brand (Matt Archuleta), Sue Collins (Craig Smith), Kaydence Duncan, Dalestyn Duncan. Grandkids- Jimmie Sue Olson (Travis Olson), James Anderson, Taylor Brown (Steven Brown), and many great grandkids.
Proceeded in death by her parents Claude & Clara Duncan, siblings – three infants, Martha Ellen, Willard Duncan, Rose Duncan, William Ray Duncan, Betty Ruth Flom, brother in-law Marvel Lee Flom, sister in-law Bonnie Duncan. Son in-law Kerry Kurzenberger, Son Buster Paul Brand.
Memorial service, Saturday June 1st, 2024 at 1PM Mitchell’s Funeral Home (233 E. Main Street) Price, UT with a lunch held in Wellington at the Church of Latter Day Saints (47 N 100 E Wellington UT).
