With the fourth installment of the Bad Boys franchise hitting theaters this week, they talk about the series, and while they're talking about cops why not talk about buddy cop movies?
Dave and Ryan made it to the theater and reviewed the latest Predator franchise entry, Predator: Badlands. Then, Todd Maetani joins us to discuss the use of color in film. Dave finally watched Akira, and Todd stuck around to discuss this piece of anime magic.
Dave and Ryan return to speak on DC's latest effort, Blue Beetle. The two also talk about their favorite sea creature movies and then introduce a new segment catered towards Twist Endings.
This week's episode features a pair of movie reviews: F1: The Movie, starring Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem, and Jurassic World: Rebirth, starring Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali. As far as they are concerned, there is a clear winner. Next week, we get a glimpse of James Gunn's vision as Superman returns to the big screen, so the boys talk about the Man of Steel.
