Eastern Utah Community Credit Union (EUCCU) is preparing to host their yearly summer pool party for members in both Carbon and Emery Counties. Castle Country Radio sat down with Jacob Huntsman from EUCCU to talk about all things pool parties.

We opened our conversation by talking about The Carbon-based celebration, which will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, at the Desert Wave Pool in Price. “This is for our members, just come into our branch and ask a teller for a ticket and bring that to the pool.” Huntsman explained,” We’ll have free food, prizes and of course swimming.”

The Emery County Celebration will be held at the Emery County Aquatic Center in Castle Dale on Tuesday, July 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Huntsman explained that there is no ticket required for this event and that more information regarding both events, as well as information for a giveaway leading up to the event could be found on EUCCU’s Facebook page.

Giving back to the community is a huge part of EUCCU’s business model, “We love our community, that’s a major focus of our credit union,” Huntsman stated,” we love to serve this area and we love our members who are here.”
