Billie LaDell Kinsey, age 81, passed away August 19, 2024.

She was born September 30, 1942 in Durango, Colorado to William and Marjorie Campbell. Married George Kinsey on May 27, 1959 in Moab, Utah. Together they had 4 children.

LaDell was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved art, flowers, bird watching, gambling, puzzles, and traveling with her family.  Her Favorite trips were visiting Alaska and Yellowstone as well as traveling cross-country to Florida to see her grandkids.

She is survived by her children, George Randy Kinsey, Dana Kinsey, Treve (Stephanie) Kinsey and Shelbey (Justin) Vallejo; sister, Carol Chiles; 7 grandchildren, Amber, Justin (Lindsay), Jorie, Treve Jr., Christopher, Kayla and Alexandria as well as 4 great grandchildren, Harrison, Katherine, Madison and Sawyer.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband; great granddaughter Kiara; brother, Gary Campbell and sister, Berma Dean Filener.

Graveside service Saturday August 24, 2024, 10:30 a.m., Cliffview Cemetery, Price, Utah. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington. Friends are welcome daily and may share memories of LaDell at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
