Dan Meers, the man behind the Kansas City Chiefs mascot KC Wolf, has inspired thousands through his energetic presence on the field and uplifting speaking engagements, announced his retirement Tuesday afternoon. In 2019, Meers stopped by the KOAL studios and joined Jordan Buscarini on KOAL's Drive Time Sports to talk about his career and incredible journey. As the first NFL mascot in the Mascot Hall of Fame and a two-time Chiefs honoree, Meers continues to ignite positivity and purpose in every community he visits.
