It's November, and that means lots of movies hitting theaters with Oscar aspirations. We talk about some that will make it and some that don't stand a chance.  Dick Tracy, a 35-year-old Warren Beatty film with an A-list cast, first hit the screens in 1990, which begs the question, "Does It Hold Up?"
