Carbon High School football coach Phil Howa was a guest Tuesday on KOAL's Drive Time Sports to recap the team's 31-13 victory over Grand on Friday. During his time on the show, Howa talked about the team's performance over the first two games of the season and also previewed Friday's matchup against Ogden.
