Monday's Drive Time Sports featured Emery High School baseball manager Rob Smith and a conversation geared towards the NBA as the second half of the season is set to begin on Wednesday.
Los Angeles Rams kicker Matt Gay joined KOAL's Drive Time Sports Tuesday afternoon. During his time on the show Gay talked about the remarkable 2021-22 season as the Rams won their first Super Bowl since 2000. He also talked about the ups and downs of his NFL career and finding a home in Los Angeles. Gay will be a special guest at Emery High School's youth football camp, which gets underway Wednesday and runs through Thursday.
Thursday's show featured Carbon High School baseball coach Jeff Cisneros, who talked about his teams loss Wednesday night to the Juab Wasps. Also, Jimmy Fallia, host of Fox Across America, joined the show to talk MLB and to introduce himself to the Castle Country as he takes over the 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. time slot on KOAL.
Friday's Drive Time Sports recapped some of the top segments of the week, which included a preview of the AFC/NFC championship games, plus a NBA segment with long time guest Jamieson Welsh.
