Monday's Drive Time Sports featured Emery High School basketball coach Dave Justice, plus Steve Bortstein joins to talk Preakness and Kentucky Derby, and what to make of Medina Spirit and Bob Baffert.
James Holas, half of the Dunk Tales Pod, joined KOAL's Drive Time Sports Tuesday afternoon to recap the Miami Heat's game 7 victory over the Boston Celtics. Holas also talked about the NBA Finals matchup between the red hot Denver Nuggets and the Cinderella Story Heat.
The Carbon High School golf team put together their most dynamic performance of the season as the team shot a 295 last week at Juab's home course. Leading the way for Carbon was Rydge Butler, who topped all golfers individually, with a 68. Carbon coach Robbie Etzel joined the show to talk about his team's outstanding day and what's next as they travel to Delta's home course.
The USU Eastern soccer season is slated to begin on August 11 for the both men and women's teams. Thursday on KOAL's Drive Time Sports head coach Jared Woodhouse previewed the upcoming season with host Jordan Buscarini.
