Just days after winning his second consecutive state championship, Emery High School senior Monty Christiansen joined KOAL's Drive Time Sports. One year after winning the state title at 106-pounds, Christiansen repeated, this time at 113-pounds. Listen to the complete interview here!

Emery High School boy's basketball Dave Justice was a guest on KOAL's Drive Time Sports, recapping the 2024-25 season with Jordan Buscarini. The Spartans ended the season 12-14 overall, advancing to the quarterfinals of the 3A state championship tournament with an upset win over American Heritage. The season came to a close with back-to-back losses to Morgan and South Summit.
