Free Dinner and Presentation for Parents/Guardians in Emery County on the EveryDay Strong Program
Join us for a FREE dinner held at Cottonwood Elementary, and a 1-hour training on the EveryDay Strong Program, an evidence-based training for adults, created by a team of psychologist’s to address the growing issue of anxiety and depression among youth.

EveryDay Strong is here to show you how you can be that caring adult, whether you are the parent, neighbor, teacher, or friend.

Free Dinner and Swag Bags!
This event is open to all residents 18 years and older in Emery County Utah. Event includes a free meal and swag bags for the first 50 registered participants.
*Pre and post surveys will be given to participants at the event.

Who is this of event for?
If you live in Emery County and you are a parent or guardian, this event is for you! EveryDay Strong is a program for all caring adults who want to build better relationships with the youth in their lives. With anxiety and depression growing among youth and teenagers, we want to share some simple actions adults can take to change a kids life…and dinner is on us!
