Don’t miss yet ANOTHER family fun event in Helper. It’s the First Friday Event taking place Friday, Sept. 1^st on Helper’s Main Street. Starting at 6pm, bring man’s best friend for the dog contest and dog parade. Live entertainment will be provided by Will Smith. Olivia Dudding Rodriques will be hosting a Writing Workshop at 7:30pm. The Gallery Stroll and “Fold a Dog” activities for kids will start at 6pm and run till 9pm. The evening will wrap up with a movie at the Rio Theater at 8pm. This months movie will be Best In Show rated PG13. All events are FREE and the entire family is welcome to attend. There will also be food vendors, hand made items, and a farmers market with items to sale.
