Come and learn how to be a “reading pirate” at the Huntington Library’s Pirate Academy. There will be swashbuckling games, hornswaggling stories, and treasures of all kinds. Seadogs and scallywaga are all invited to come and walk the plank. The academy will kick off on Jan. 10^th at 3pm at the Huntington Library. Pirates who successfully complete their training and reading treasure map will be invited to the pirate graduation on Feb. 7^th from 3-4p.
