The Annual Lights On Ceremony in Helper will be taking place November 23^rd starting at 6pm. Everyone is invited to attend this magical event. Meet at the Rio Theatre on Main Street starting at 6pm. After all the lights are turned on, Santa will be at the Helper Auditorium for pictures and to meet the children.
