All prenatal mothers and children 0-5 years of age are encouraged to attend

We care about your and your child’s health. The Health Fair allows parents, guardians and families to come and get important health checks and resources from professionals within our community. Please bring your insurance card or Medicaid card if you would like a flu shot, immunizations, and/or lead and hemoglobin.
