The USU Extension is hosting “Me Time for Teens” Interactive Online Workshop series for teens in Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties, ages 13-17 to develop skills to help manage mild depressive symptoms.
This series will take place Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Jan. 27, Feb. 3, Feb. 10, Feb. 24, Mar. 3 and Mar. 10.
There will be $20.00 gift cards presented to those that attend all sessions and complete the surveys.
